The Oquamax line of silo deep cone, clarifying tanks are some of the best built and designed tanks in the market today. With zero moving parts, the silo clarifier produces cleaner water than most horizontal rake style thickeners. Plus, the % solids can be close to 60% meaning more water is being recovered. The clarifying tank has a pneumatic valve that regulates the slurry underflow from the silo for controlled discharge to a surge tank or to a settling pond. No pumps are required in most applications. PLC controls and integration can be done as well.
